The Energy Package is a fantastic 2 hour party package from Party & Play Featuring 2 of the talented, totally cool and of course fun-tastic Party & Play team, who will provide 90 minutes of action packed fun. We can help you organise a venue, although a venue is not included in your party price we offer a free service to find a suitable venue for your party, and have many venues in our database that we have performed at previously and built a relationship with. Don’t worry about buying expensive invitations, we provide free invitations supplied with your booking confirmation.
As your guests arrive we will apply stickers to them to help our team personalise your party, and help involve all of the party guests. All guests are seated at the party start time, and we ask them all to cheer for the arrival of the birthday child who will appear with our party hosts from behind the scenes. After the birthday child and party hosts have made their way to the dance floor, and the team have introduced themselves, the fun really begins. The party hosts start with some ice breaking, followed by party songs and dances. There is 45 minutes of fun included in this half, and the focus is on giving the children the confidence to all get involved. A clever, tried and tested mix of songs are played to create a perfect party atmosphere and all dances are led by the party host. We suggest that half way through you provide a 30 minute break to allow the children to have food and drink.
Food and drink is not included as standard in the Energy Package, but we are able to provide cold food buffet options or drink options for an additional charge. This is an ideal time to have your birthday cake ceremony. Once all the children have finished eating, the party host will lead the children back onto the dance floor with a conga line.
The second half of the party is another action packed energetic dance party featuring some more classic party songs perfectly blended with the latest music. A few more party games are played during the last part of the party, and the party finishes with a grand finale extravaganza where the birthday child is presented with a certificate, and selected other party guests are presented with best dancer, best game player, most confident and future DJ certificates. The presentation is followed by a challenge, whereby the room is split in half and must compete in a fast paced 10 minute challenge featuring singing, dancing and a couple of party challenges. The party is finished by the birthday child who makes the way to DJ booth to introduce, and play the final song (the final song is the birthday child’s choice, and must be provided to Party and Play seven days prior to your party. If the birthday child chooses not too, the party host will do this on the birthday childs behalf)
To break up the dancing, and add a new twist to the fun at your party, our team will lead party games during your party. These games are tailored to the childrens ages, but generally include limbo dancing, mummy wrap challenge and other popular tried, and tested party games. Certificates and spot prizes are provided for the participants, and effort is made by the team to actively involve all party guests to join in the fun.
Being a disco based party, it is important that the sound and lighting set up is sufficient. We provide a fantastic sound and lighting set up, which includes the latest technology. We provide bright lighting, and effects, these are enhanced by a small amount of smoke, and some bubbles too! So after 2 hours of hectic party action, the last thing you probably want to tackle is the mess. We provide a free clearing up service following your party, you must remain on the premises whilst we complete the clearing up, but can relax and say goodbye to your guests properly whilst we pack away for you.

All bookings receive a booking confirmation. At the time of your booking you must specify 3 song choices for your birthday child, 1 of which will be selected as the party finale song. Please remember these should be upbeat enough that children can dance to them. You may supply additional requests for music, although we normally play a suitable mix based on our previous experience. All parties are quoted on an individual basis, although are general prices are between £125 and £250 per party.
Don’t forget another advantage of using Party & Play for your child’s party is as part of Totally Entertaining, we retail and hire a wide range of sound and lighting equipment meaning if for any reason any equipment fails, we can replace it extremely quickly, and for bigger events provide more equipment much easier than any of our competitors!
